Manchester United, it is widely agreed,

is in desperate need of a complete roster revamp.

It is no longer enough to simply recruit a

defensive midfielder to get United to where

they want to go, but it must be a priority

 in the summer.

According to reports from Germany,

Ralf Rangnick has his sights set on RB

Leipzig's Austrian international Konrad Laimer.

According to Bild, as translated by BuliNews

, United will compete with Tottenham for

the 24-year-signature old's when the transfer

 window opens.

We talked about why Laimer is so well-

suited to the demands of what United needs

in the middle of the park back in December.

He possesses the intensity and aggression

that Rangnick requires, and the two

 collaborated well.
