Breaking news: Manchester United set to sign 25 year old Spanish defender with the biggest form ,the man who stopped Lewandowski against Bayern .

 United has long admired his abilities. 

In the last several years, he's also become

 a regular for Spain, with 17 appearances. 



Torres was on United's shortlist for a center

Manchester United are still interested 

in the 25-year-old defender, according 

to the source, but the ultimate decision will 

be made by a potential new manager. Manchester

 United are apparently looking for three 

players this summer: a center-back, a center

-midfielder, and a striker. 


Torres has the advantage of being left-

footed, as left-footed players are in 

high demand.
