Breaking news: Ten hag makes final decision on Rice signing .
Gary Neville has compared West Ham's
position with Declan Rice to Manchester
United's when Cristiano Ronaldo departed
the club in 2009.
Rice, 23, appears to be on his way out
of West Ham in the next three years.
According to the Guardian, the superstar
midfielder has turned down a third contract
offer to stay at West Ham. Rice is also
said to be open to going to a bigger
team as soon as this summer.
His current contract expires in the
summer of 2024, however West Ham
has a 12-month extension option.
The Hammers are unlikely to let him run
down his contract and walk away, therefore
an exit might be sanctioned in any of
the next five transfer windows.
