by West Ham for Declan Rice. 


Both midfielders performed admirably 

for England at the recent European 

Championships, so it's easy to see why 

Manchester United is interested in them.

Rice is swiftly establishing himself as 

one of Europe's greatest midfielders, but

 Phillips would be a more cost-effective

 option.
