Confirmed: Here we go: Fabrizio Romano confirms Erik ten Hag to Manchester United is a done deal

 Erik ten Hag is on the verge of being

 named Manchester United's new permanent

 manager. 



The Dutchman is ready to take over the 

English giants, according to Fabrizio Romano

, with an official announcement due soon. 


The contract's final conditions are still 

being negotiated between the two parties. 


Ten Hag will either sign a four-year contract

 that will last through 2026 or a three-year 

contract with a one-year extension option. 


Before taking over, the 52-year-old had a 

few demands, the most important of which 

was control over the transfer market's incomings

 and outgoings. 


The club is said to have agreed to give him 

complete control over transfer decisions

 to suit his style of play.
