Confirmed: Manchester United squad vs Leicester City revealed as Cristiano Ronaldo absent

 Cristiano Ronaldo was absent from 

Manchester United's meeting at the 

Lowry Hotel on Friday night ahead of 

the weekend match against Leicester City. 



After the international break, United return 

to Premier League action against Brendan 

Rodgers' Leicester City as they try to make

 the most of their remaining nine games. 

With Arsenal currently in first place, a top

-four finish appears unlikely. 


Ronaldo was not among the United players

 who gathered with Ralf Rangnick's 21-

man group after playing 180 minutes in 

two World Cup qualifiers to seal Portugal's

 spot in Qatar. His girlfriend Rodriguez

 is expecting a child, which could 

explain his absence. 


Captain Harry Maguire was in attendance, 

hoping to recover from his booing.
