Revealed : Man Utd told the only way they can beat Liverpool at Anfield
According to Reds veteran Steve Nicol
, Manchester United have a "slim chance
" of beating Liverpool at Anfield if they
can ignore the hostile environment.
When United travels to Merseyside
tonight, they seek to boost their top-four
ambitions while derailing Liverpool's title bid.
Ralf Rangnick's side is currently in
fifth place in the Premier League, three
points behind fourth-placed Tottenham
Hotspur. On Saturday, they were on the
verge of dropping points against hapless
Norwich, but Cristiano Ronaldo saved
the day with a hat-trick.
United hasn't won at Anfield in any
tournament since January 2016, and Liverpool
knows they'll need to be near-perfect
for the rest of the season if they are to
catch Manchester City at the top. But,
according to Nicol, United's problems
aren't limited to Liverpool players.
