, two of Manchester United's first signings

 under Erik ten Hag, are expected to 

complete their contracts soon.



That's according to Fabrizio Romano, 

who has verified their presence at 

Old Trafford. 


"Mitchell van der Gaag and Steve McClaren

 will be part of the new Man United 

coaching team, confirmed," Romano wrote

 on Twitter. Full agreement is nearing completion

 and is expected to be signed by both

 of them." 


The logistics around Van der Gaag's move

 to United are much easier now that the 

Ajax managing vacancy has been filled, 

with Alfred Schreuder ready to take

 charge. 


Arrivals of Note 

Though ten Hag has just acquired 

Van der Gaag, it was a wise decision.
