stated that he will be undeterred by any

 criticism from analysts. 



The Dutchman will succeed interim manager 

Ralf Rangnick as the club's next manager

 for the 2022/23 season, as he attempts to 

turn the club's fortunes around. United are 

now in sixth place in the Premier League 

and face relegation to the Europa Conference

 League if they lose to Crystal Palace 

on the final day. 


West Ham are two points behind them and 

face Brighton in their final game of the season

, knowing that if results go their way, they 

might return to the Europa League. No 

matter what occurs on the last day.
