Breaking news: Thomas Tuchel completes first signing for new owner after a disappointing season just ended ,from Manchester United.

 Chelsea have a clear concept of 

the players they want to bring in 

this summer, according to 

Thomas Tuchel. 

The Blues ended the season with

 a 2-1 victory over Watford at 

Stamford Bridge, with Todd Boehly 

in attendance once again. 

Tuchel wants to add to the team, 

but due to the restrictions imposed

 on owner Roman Abramovich, a planned

 purchase led by Boehly must 

go through before Chelsea can do business.
