Confirmed :Fabrizio Romano confirms that Chelsea complete transfer of 'next Didier Drogba' in £17.5m summer deal on one condition.

to be the next Didier Drogba. Maxwel 

Cornet has been one of Burnley's brightest

 sparks this season, but if Mike Jackson's

 side is relegated next weekend, he will 

be able to depart on a cheap deal. 



The Clarets fell back into the relegation

 zone over the weekend when Leeds scored

 a last-gasp level at Elland Road against 

Brighton. On Thursday, they'll go to Aston

 Villa in the West Midlands for another 

chance to pull out of the relegation zone. 


Tottenham overcame Cornet's side 1-0 

in north London on Saturday morning, 

with a disputed Harry Kane penalty deciding

 the game. Cornet himself was absent.
