Confirmed: Manchester United star set to give a farewell speech tonight after Brentford match today .

 Lingard's career at Manchester United

has spanned 20 years and he has made

over 200 senior appearances, according

to ESPN, but if he gets on the field tonight

, it will be his final appearance at Old Trafford.

His contract at United expires in June,

and there appears to be no indication that

it will be renewed, with Milan and Juventus

currently 'leading the race' to recruit the

playmaker. However, there is rivalry from

other Premier League and international clubs.

Lingard is desperate to re-enter the England

team ahead of the World Cup in Qatar, and

he wants to transfer someplace else to get

more playing time after being unhappy

when a loan deal to Newcastle fell through

 in January.
