Confirmed : Todd Boehly new chelsea owner completes his first signing ,as he was pleased to announce lukaku strike partner today ,done deal ,as lukaku announces next destination.

 Chelsea will be free to recruit and sell 

players following Todd Boehly's consortium's

 ownership of the club, and Monaco centre

 defender Aurelien Tchouameni is at 

the top of their shopping list. 




According to Sport, Real Madrid has long 

been the favorite to sign the 22-year-old

, but Marca reports that Chelsea is ready 

to make an offer. Liverpool, according to 

the Spanish newspaper, will be a contender. 


Monaco is unlikely to turn down offers

 for Tchouameni, although the French

 club is anticipated to demand roughly

 £65 million for the centre defender. 


Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel 

is looking to add at least one top-

tier center defender to his team, 

with Antonio Rudiger and Andreas

 Christensen also on the market.
