Official: Chelsea discover Premier League deadline to be able to compete next season

 If Chelsea cannot sell the club from 

Roman Abramovich by the time league

 representatives meet next month, they 

may not be able to compete in the Premier

 League next season. 



Chelsea has discovered that their takeover

 must be completed by the beginning of 

next month or they would be unable to 

compete in the Premier League next season. 


According to the Mail on Sunday, representatives

 from the league will gather on June 8 to describe

 the new campaign, and if the Blues are 

not operating at that time, they risk missing

 out. "The Premier League will meet on 

June 8th to form the new league for 22-

23," Rob Draper, a reporter for the publication

, stated online.
