Update :Done – Manchester United have agreed £7million deal with their player

 Manchester United made an official 

announcement yesterday confirming 

that Scott McTominay, a Scottish midfielder

, has signed a new four-and-a-half-

year contract with the club. 



The 22-year-old has reportedly signed a 

contract worth £30,000 per week (£7 

million) until June 2023, according to The Mail. 


The teenager, in my opinion, should have 

been sold, and United needs to improve their

 midfield by recruiting quality players. 


McTominay was previously earning roughly

 £25,000 per week (The Daily Star), and

 I'm not sure what he did to win a new

 contract with the club. 


The Red Devils have used him in a variety

 of midfield and defensive positions, Solksjaer

 believes he is a 'clever' player, but to 

be honest, he isn't.
